Cancellation Policy

Personalized Orders once placed cannot be canceled after 12 hours. In case you need further assistance with any order related queries, you can get in touch with us on [email protected]. Once an order for a personalized product is placed it cannot be returned since it is custom made with your details.

Return-Refund Policy

Once your return has been approved and picked up please allow 5-10 business days for the product to reach us. Once the product reaches us, we will perform a quality check to ensure the product was not used + retained with its original packaging + tags if any. If the return parcel passes the quality check, the team will refund the order value. If the return parcel does not pass the quality check, the refund will not be processed.

What items cannot be returned/refunded?

You cannot return items that were personalized (since they were specially made for you), free gifts, promotional items with retail value, sale products non personalized* products purchased longer than 7 days after receiving the shipment. *Non personalized personal products from Drinkware, Self Care

Accessories where contact raises a concern for hygiene cannot be returned and are handled on a case to case basis.

Are returns free?

Yes! Once your return is authorized, We will arrange a free return from your doorstep in 2-5 business days.

What if I received a damaged item?

We take utmost care and pay meticulous attention to packing your gift. But due to unforeseen circumstances if you have received a damaged product, please contact us immediately. our team will help you out. We request you to email us a picture/video of what you have received within 24 hours of receiving the shipment and we will take care of the rest. We can either replace it for you depending on the availability, offer you a store credit or initiate a refund.

Will my refund amount include shipping?

Our Free Shipping policy is over a certain amount. While processing refunds, this amount will be deducted as this goes straight to our courier partners. Your online refunds will happen into the same account it was debited from

COD returns will require personal bank information which could take about 5-7 business days.

How can I initiate a refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You can reach out to us via [email protected] with your order number and our team will get back to you in 2-4 business days. Once this process is completed we can either offer store credit/refund into your account.
